Today's was girls' Stand Up Paddle Day on the DelMarVa with DelMarVA Board Sport Adventures. We were out and about giving demos and sharing our love of Stand Up Paddling with great women of Maryland and Delaware.
We also visited with our friend Steve, at Island Adventure Kayaking, just before you go over the Assateague Island bridge on the left. Stop in and give his kayak's a spin and check out his new diggs!
We are working on improving hand placement so that the hand is on top of the paddle for better leverage.
